Once Junaid's (a famous Muslim saint) followers came to him with a purse containing five hundred of gold coins. He offered this money to the Sufi Saint who asked him:

"Have you any more money than this?"

"Yes, I have," answered the follower.

The saint again asked him:

"Do you desire more?"

He replied: "Of course, I do."

'Then you must keep it, for you are more in need than I, for I have nothing and desire nothing. You have a great deal and still want more."
